Jordan - Lead VOX
You may have seen Jordan around town. She's the 2010 WOTV F4CE of 4! A former Pistons Dancer, and singer for Toyota's national tour of Auto Shows - Jordan's roots are classic jazz (think Ella Fitzgerald). She's the resident "head-turner". Wait till you hear her pipes!
Rex – Guitar/VOX
A founding member of 9MS – Rex has been melting faces, and impressing the chicks on stage for over 2 decades. He is the glue that keeps everyone together and moving forward.
Mikey – Lead Guitar/VOX
Do yourself a favor. Come out and watch this kid go crazy on his guitar! The newest member of Nine Mile Smile is only 23 - but it's like he's been playing for 40. Plus, he drives a Ford Tauras station wagon. How cool is that? Oh...did we mention his hat?
Tighe – Bass/VOX
A founding member of 9MS - The bands resident musical genius, and often referred to as ‘Musical Rainman’. Tighe provides the backbone and has perfect pitch. It’s his job to make sure 9MS keeps on top of their game on stage.
Kevin - Keys/Pan Flute/VOX
Our resident "1980's Rock Ballad Consultant". His fast fingers do more than please the ladies....yes, even his awkward pinky. Even after cutting off his "Magic Mullet", his many years of experience make Kevin the master of filling out our sound while filling out his favorite pair of Silver jeans. (Note: Locks of the Magic Mullet are available in the 9MS Store.)
Kurtis – Drums/VOX
A founding member of 9MS – Kurtis is the heartbeat of the band and your contact when you book with us. He'll work closely with you to make sure everything is perfect for your event. He's single and loves long walks on the beach or collecting dryer lint that resembles B-List Celebrities. He’s been playing drums for over 15 years.
Ken - Lighting & Sound Engineer
9MS takes pride in having a sound engineer at the helm and while he may look homeless, Ken is one of the best in the business. He's our eyes and ears in the crowd, and takes care of any problems or questions our clients may have during our performance. Nine Mile Smile brings in top of the line sound and lighting gear, and Kenny makes it sing!
